Oni began her professional journey in 1991 at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she rose through the ranks, leading various multidisciplinary consulting projects for large organisations across different sectors. In 1999, she joined Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited as Budget and Planning Manager. Over the next decade, she advanced within the company, eventually becoming Country Finance Director in 2009 and joining the board of Coca-Cola Nigeria.
