Misan Olukuade is aligning people, systems, and strategy to scale transformation across Africa’s industries.
Misan Olukuade is a transformational leader building scalable systems and inclusive cultures across African businesses. In July 2025, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Novotech Works, a growing transformation firm delivering integrated services across technology, design, and infrastructure.
Novotech, founded in 2016 and headquartered in Lagos, was entering a critical phase as it expanded its influence across Africa and the EMEA region as a one-stop transformation partner. She took on the role with over 20 years of experience in organisational strategy, human resources, and enterprise transformation, providing the leadership needed to match the company’s bold ambitions.
Before joining Novotech, the business growth expert had already built a reputation as a transformation leader. At Deloitte Nigeria and Ghana, where she worked from 2015 to 2023, she led various HR and transformation functions, including serving as Chief of Staff. Her work focused on driving enterprise-wide change, building high-performing teams, and fostering cultures of operational discipline. She later became Vice President of People at mobility tech company MAX in early 2023, then moved to Terragon Group as VP, People & Culture in July 2023.
Across these roles, she consistently achieved results in complex, fast-paced environments, particularly in emerging markets where operational clarity, talent development, and change management were essential. As COO of Novotech Works, Misan Olukuade is responsible for overseeing integrated operations across the company’s three specialised divisions.
These include technology procurement and cloud integration, branded space design and fit-out, and infrastructure build-outs enabling African businesses to scale their operations efficiently. Her main task is to align people, systems, and strategy so the company can deliver solutions that are innovative, scalable, and sustainable.
With Olukuade as COO, Novotech aims to bridge the gap between digital and physical transformation, ensuring that clients do not need to juggle multiple vendors or disjointed systems. Outside her corporate roles, she actively champions economic inclusion and ethical leadership.
More so, she often speaks at events, either moderating or anchoring discussions on African development, and is recognised internationally, including mentions in Forbes Africa and other platforms highlighting influential African leaders.
Misan Olukuade holds a BSc from Babcock University and is currently completing her MBA at Nexford University. With her proven track record, clear sense of purpose, and ability to lead both systems and people, she is driving the company’s growth and shaping a new standard for African leadership in transformation.
